At Sri Tripuram Foods, we strive to deliver high-quality, freshly prepared traditional food items to your doorstep. As our products are perishable and made to order, we have specific guidelines regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch:
    You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed or shipped.

  • After Dispatch:
    Once your order is shipped, we cannot cancel it as our items are food-based and perishable.

2. Refunds Policy

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Product:
    If you receive a product that is damaged or spoiled during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Include your order ID and clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • Incorrect Product Delivered:
    If you receive the wrong item, we will either replace it or issue a full refund.
  • Non-Delivery:
    If your order is not delivered within the promised timeframe and you do not wish to wait further, we will initiate a refund.

Note: No refunds will be processed for taste preferences or minor packaging damage that does not affect the product quality.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to your original method of payment.

4. No Return Policy

As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns. Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any concerns promptly.
